How the NGMR Program Works
NGMR meets one a month for focused, high-impact sessions.
Each session centers on one of our twelve objectives, rotating through the four pillars.
This structure keeps the program intentional, manageable, and meaningful for young men and their families.
Mentoring Model:
NGMR uses a group mentoring approach that builds brotherhood, accountability, and shared growth.
Mentors guide discussions, activities, and reflection. When a young man needs deeper support, we provide 1:1 mentoring intentionally and respectfully.

Young men gain clarity about who they are, what they are, what they value, and how they show up in the world.
Participants learn how to lead themselves first-then others-through communication, emotional intelligence, and responsibility.
From financial literacy to career exposure, young men build the skills needed to succeed in school, work, and life.
