Founder's Message

Hello, and thank you for being here. My name is Marichal and today marks the beginning of something powerful for our community.

This program was created because I saw a need. I saw young men with potential, but without guidance. I saw boys trying to navigate school, emotions, and life challenges without consistent support. I saw families doing their best but stretched thin. And I knew we could do better - together.

NextGen Male Rising is built on a simple belief: when you invest in a young man, you change a family, a school, and a community. Our mission is to give young men the mentorship, structure, and opportunities they need to rise into confident, responsible leaders.

Over the next year, our young men will learn about identity, discipline, leadership, emotional intelligence, financial literacy, career pathways, and more. They'll be supported by trained mentors who show up every month with consistency and care. They'll build brotherhood, serve their community, and discover their purpose.

This program is not about just keeping boys busy. It's about changing trajectories.
