NGMR Incentive System Mission
"To recognize, reward, and reinforce positive behavior, academic achievement, leadership, and character in young men of the NGMR program — building a generation of excellence, one milestone at a time."
How the System Works
The NGMR Incentive System is a structured point-based recognition program designed to motivate young men to pursue greatness inside and outside the program. Every positive action — whether in school, in the community, or within the group — is an opportunity to earn points, advance through tiers, and redeem meaningful rewards.
Three Core Mechanics
1. Earn Points: Members accumulate points by demonstrating leadership, attending sessions, excelling academically, exhibiting strong character, and achieving special milestones. Points are tracked by mentors and logged monthly.
2. Reach Tiers: As points accumulate, members advance through four tiers: Bronze (Rising Man), Silver (Emerging Leader), Gold (Gold Standard Man), and Platinum (NGMR Elite). Each tier unlocks increased recognition, privileges, and rewards.
3. Redeem Rewards: Members may redeem accumulated points for rewards from the Rewards Catalog, ranging from snack privileges and gear to gift cards and platinum experiences. Redemption always requires mentor approval.
Gold Tier – “Excellence in Action” (250-499 points)
The Gold Tier recognizes young men who consistently demonstrate commitment, leadership, and growth throughout the NGMR program. Gold members have earned a high level of points through active participation, positive behavior, and completion of program milestones.
Gold Tier members are celebrated for setting the standard and leading by example.
NGMR recognizes Christopher R. as an NGMR Gold Tier recipient.

Platinum Tier – “The NGMR Elite” (500+ points)
The Platinum Tier represents the highest level of achievement within NGMR. These young men have gone above and beyond in every area — leadership, service, discipline, and personal development. Platinum members have earned exceptional points and stand as role models for their peers.
Platinum Tier members embody the mission of NGMR and represent the future of NextGen leadership.
NGMR recognizes Malik T. as an NGMR Platinum Elite recipient.
