Why This Work Matters

NextGen Male Rising was born from a simple truth: our young men need us. They need guidance, structure, mentorship, and a safe place to grow. Too many boys are navigating life without consistent support, positive male role models, or opportunities to develop the skills that shape strong manhood.

What I Saw in Our Community I saw young men struggling with identity, confidence, discipline, and direction. I saw families doing their best but needing more support. I saw schools and communities stretched thin. And I knew that if we wanted different outcomes, we had to build a different kind of program — one rooted in mentorship, structure, and real‑world development.

Why NGMR Exists NextGen Male Rising exists to give young men what many never receive:

What We Do

NGMR provides a 12‑month mentorship experience built around leadership, character, life skills, and community. Through monthly sessions, hands‑on workshops, and guided mentorship, young men learn how to:

• Develop leadership skills

• Strengthen character and integrity

• Form healthy relationships

• Serve their community
